Science Tokyo GAP Fund Program 2026

The Innovation Design Platform at Science Tokyo is pleased to announce the call for applications for the Science Tokyo GAP Fund Program (STGF) 2026.

This internal program is designed to support faculty and students in bridging the “gap” between research and social impact. STGF provides essential funding and resources to accelerate the commercialization of research seeds and the launch of new ventures.

The program focuses on:

Commercializing research seeds and innovative technologies.
Prototype development and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing.
Advancing early-stage projects toward business development and entrepreneurship.
